Focus on the solution, not the problem

Here at Advice, we always focus on the solution, rather than the problem. The client’s question demands an answer – and if the answer is a negative one for the client, we evaluate the options and suggest an alternative course of action.

The need may arise, from time to time, for a more detailed investigation, and where this is the case, we assist the client with a legal review. A legal review can also involve the evaluation of different courses of action in a given situation.

The legal review could, for example, examine the tax consequences in connection with the restructuring of a closely held company, describe the tax effects of a legislative proposal on an individual company, or investigate a person’s domicile under the terms of a particular tax agreement.
